Who we are
Phopho and Toto is run by Rita Gupta in India. We sort the thousands of photos your photographer sent and make the first album. What goes in it is yours to decide.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over.
Only add photos you have the right to use, and only with the consent of the people in them. That means you are the couple, or you are helping the couple and they have asked you to. Do not add anything illegal.
One wedding per Google account, with your album and up to 12 more albums from the same photos. A wedding can have up to 12,000 photos and 400 GB, and needs at least 50 photos to sort.
Price
Sorting is free for our first 50 couples, as our launch gift. Everyone else pays by the size of their wedding: ₹999 up to 3,000 photos, ₹1,999 up to 8,000 photos and ₹2,999 for more than 8,000 photos.
You pay in two parts. ₹99 to start, before you add your photos, which is taken off the total. The rest once you have seen your album, when you unlock changes in Choosing to send it to your album maker. Every album you make from your wedding is included. Printing is between you and your album maker.
Payment is by UPI, cards or netbanking. We never see your card or bank details.
Refunds
If you change your mind within 14 days of seeing your sorted photos, write to hello@phophoandtoto.com and the ₹99 comes back. It goes back the way you paid, as soon as Dodo Payments processes it.
If something about any other payment looks wrong, write to us and we will look into it.
The service
We are a small, new service. Sorting times vary, things may break, and we may pause or change the service. If something goes wrong with your album, write to us and we will help.
Keep your own copy of your photos. We work on the copies you add and never change the originals you keep.
Your photos stay yours
You own your photos. We use them, and the faces in them, only to make your album. We do not use them to train software, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers listed in our privacy notice, who help us run the service.
Want your photos and album deleted? Write to hello@phophoandtoto.com. The privacy notice says how long we keep things.
Choosing together and family links
You can send the person you married a link to choose with you. They sign in with their own Google account. Paying stays with you.
You can send your family a link to see your album and heart photos. Who you send it to is your choice, and anyone with the link can open it. A family link stops working after 30 days, and you can turn it off at any time.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us for your wedding. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute goes to the courts of India.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date.
