Kwikpic or Phopho and Toto: sharing the photos, or making the album
They do different jobs. Kwikpic gets each guest their own photos and helps photographers deliver them. Phopho and Toto helps the two of you turn the delivered folder into your wedding album. Many weddings could use both.
The short answer
If the question is "how does everyone get their photos?", Kwikpic is built for it. If the question is "how do we finish our album?", that is what we do. One is about guests and galleries; the other is about one book for the couple.
This page restates what Kwikpic's own website and app listings said in October 2026. Features change; check Kwikpic's own pages before you decide.
What Kwikpic says it does
Kwikpic's website calls it the smart photo sharing app, and describes photo sharing for every occasion: find, tag, notify and deliver photos to friends in full quality.
Its App Store listing describes an app that sorts and delivers photos using face recognition, lets you share high-quality pictures with friends, family and guests, find the photos you share with others in a group, and face match, tag and notify everyone. It mentions weddings, conferences, birthdays and holidays, and bringing photos in from your gallery, Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive.
A separate app, Kwikpic Business, is for photographers. Its listing describes delivering photos to all guests with face recognition, adding your own branding and watermark, customising the gallery design, several download sizes, switching off downloads and screenshots, custom QR codes, digital flipbook albums, and a way to download and edit the photos clients mark for the photographer, which it calls Album Selection.
What Phopho and Toto does
Phopho and Toto is for the couple, after the photographer delivers. Bring the whole folder, up to 12,000 photos. We find the two of you, recognise your family, put every photo in its function, set aside the blurry ones, keep the best of each group of similar photos and make the first album at the size you choose. Usually 35 to 70 minutes once your photos are in.
You keep, love, swap or set aside any photo, ask family to heart the ones they love, and send the album to your album maker in album order. We are not a gallery for guests, and we do not give photographers branding or delivery tools.
Your photos are stored and sorted in Mumbai, used only to make your album, never for ads and never to train software. They are deleted 90 days after your album is finished, or sooner if you ask.

When Kwikpic is the better choice
Choose Kwikpic, or a tool like it, when the problem is getting photos to people rather than making the album.
- Guests keep asking for their photos, and you want each one to get theirs
- You want photos shared during the wedding, with a QR code for guests
- You are a photographer who wants branded galleries, watermarks and download controls
- You want a digital flipbook to share, not a printed album
- Your photographer already uses it, and their Album Selection is how they want you to mark the photos you want
When Phopho and Toto fits better
When the photographer has delivered the folder and the album is the thing waiting. A sharing app gets photos to people; it does not decide which few hundred of the thousands go in your book, how many from each function, or whether Nani is in every chapter. That is the work we do, and you finish it.
If your photographer's process already includes choosing album photos with you, and it works, you may not need us at all.

Three questions to ask yourselves first
Feature lists make every app look like it does everything. These three questions usually settle it in a minute.
- Who is waiting: guests for their photos, or your album maker for the album?
- When do you need it: during the wedding, as the photos are taken, or after the photographer delivers?
- What do you want at the end: galleries and downloads for everyone, or one printed book for the two of you?
Guests, during, galleries: a photo-sharing app like Kwikpic. Album maker, after, one book: that is our job. Many weddings answer both ways, and that is fine.
Using both
They fit together. Guests get their photos from a sharing app during and after the wedding; the two of you make the album from the full folder with us. Neither needs the other, and neither gets in its way.
Keep the photographer's original files for the album, whatever you use to share. Our guide to sending photos to your album maker explains why full-size files matter.
Questions people ask
Is Phopho and Toto like Kwikpic?
Not really. Kwikpic describes itself as a photo-sharing app that gets each guest their photos. We help the couple make the wedding album from the folder.
Can Kwikpic make our wedding album?
Kwikpic Business lets clients mark the photos they want for the photographer, which it calls Album Selection, and digital flipbook albums. Making the printed album is still between you, your photographer and your album maker.
Can guests get their own photos from Phopho and Toto?
No. We are not a gallery for guests. Family can open one link to heart the album's photos, but nobody downloads from it.
Can we use Kwikpic and Phopho and Toto together?
Yes. Guests get their photos from Kwikpic; the two of you make the album from the full folder with us.
Does Kwikpic work for weddings?
Its App Store listing names weddings among the occasions it is for, along with conferences, birthdays and holidays. It is built around sharing photos with everyone who was there.
Our photographer delivers through Kwikpic. Can we still use Phopho and Toto?
Yes, as long as you can get the full folder of photos from your photographer, for example as a Google Drive link. We make the album from that folder.
Which one is cheaper?
Kwikpic's prices are on its own site and app listings; check there. Ours: ₹99 to start, counted in the total. The rest comes in Choosing, after 10 free changes. Changed your mind? Message us within 14 days of seeing your sorted photos and your ₹99 comes back.
