SortWedPics or Phopho and Toto: a gallery for every guest, or the album
SortWedPics says it sorts your wedding photos so that every guest gets their own private gallery. Phopho and Toto helps the two of you turn the whole folder into your wedding album, function by function. They answer different questions, and the right one depends on which you are asking.
The short answer
If you want every guest to find and download the photos they are in, SortWedPics is built for that. If you want to finish your own album from a multi-day Indian wedding, that is what we do.
This page restates what the SortWedPics website said in October 2026. Features and plans change; check its own site before you decide.
What SortWedPics says it does
Its home page promises to find photos of every guest in minutes. It describes adding your full wedding library once and getting organised galleries for each guest, with secure, private sharing: each guest gets a personal link, and the galleries are not public.
It lists a Basic plan for couples and one-off weddings, with a one-time payment and no subscription, covering up to 1,000 photos with a top-up for more, face recognition, personal galleries for every guest, secure sharing links and high-resolution downloads. A Professionals plan for photographers serving several clients is listed as coming soon, at £99 a month, for up to 5,000 photos an event, with custom branding.
On privacy, it says photos are encrypted and stored securely, that it never sells your photos or uses them to train models, and that photos are kept for 12 months after they are added unless you clear them sooner from your dashboard. It says it is made for weddings but works for any event with lots of people in the photos, and that it can send guests a thank-you email with their gallery link.
What Phopho and Toto does
Phopho and Toto is for the couple's album. Bring the whole folder, up to 12,000 photos, from Google Drive, a pen drive, a laptop or a phone. We find the two of you, recognise your family, put every photo in its function in the order of the day, keep the best of each group of similar photos, and make the first album at the size you choose. Usually 35 to 70 minutes once your photos are in.
You keep, love, swap or set aside any photo, choose together on your own phones, and send family one link to heart the photos they love. When it is right, we send the full-size photos, numbered in album order, to your album maker. Your photos are stored and sorted in Mumbai, used only to make your album, never for ads and never to train software, and deleted 90 days after your album is finished.

When SortWedPics is the better choice
Choose SortWedPics, or a tool like it, when your question is about guests rather than the album.
- You want every guest to get a private gallery of the photos they are in
- You want to send guests a thank-you email with their photos
- Your wedding is a smaller set of photos and you want a one-time payment
- You want guests able to download their own photos for a year
- You already know which photos go in your album
When Phopho and Toto fits better
When the folder is thousands of photos from many functions and the album is what is waiting. Indian weddings often bring several functions over several days, with family on every stage. Getting each guest their photos does not make the couple's album: someone still has to decide which few hundred go in, how many from each function, and whether each side of the family is there.
That is the job we do, and you finish it. If your folder is small and you know the photos you love, you may not need either.

Three questions to ask yourselves first
Before you choose either, answer these. They decide it more than any feature list.
- Who is waiting: the guests for their photos, or the album maker for yours?
- How big is the folder: a few hundred photos from one day, or thousands from several functions?
- What do you want at the end: a link each guest can open, or a printed album on the table at home?
If the guests are waiting, the folder is small and the end is a link, a guest gallery is the right tool. If the album maker is waiting, the folder is thousands and the end is a book, start from an album that is already made. If both are true, use one for each.
Using both
They can sit side by side. Guests get their galleries from SortWedPics; the two of you make the album with us from the full folder. Keep the photographer's original files for the album either way.
Questions people ask
Is Phopho and Toto like SortWedPics?
Both read faces in wedding photos, for different ends. SortWedPics says it builds a private gallery for every guest; we make the couple's album, by function.
Can SortWedPics make our wedding album?
Its site describes guest galleries, not choosing an album. Making the album is still yours, or ours, to do.
Can guests get their own galleries from Phopho and Toto?
No. We are not a gallery for guests. Family can open one link to heart the album's photos, and you see every heart.
How many photos can each one take?
SortWedPics lists up to 1,000 photos on its Basic plan, with a top-up for more. We take up to 12,000 photos for one wedding.
How do the two compare on privacy?
SortWedPics says it encrypts photos, never sells them or uses them to train models, and keeps them 12 months. We store and sort them in Mumbai, use them only for your album and keep them 90 days after it is finished.
What does Phopho and Toto cost?
₹99 to start, counted in the total. The rest comes in Choosing, after 10 free changes. Changed your mind? Message us within 14 days of seeing your sorted photos and your ₹99 comes back.
